Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, and sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness competitions when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She earned her Professional Card only one year later and was 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous events, such as her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued throughout the years following her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. In 2009, four more fitness titles were added to her collection. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could complete her degree at college. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show was a success and she placed third. The summer of 2016 saw her won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage to take home the sixth position in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectations. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
